We distribute our live streams through a service called Eventscape which processes ticket sales through Eventbrite. This separation of payment processing (ticket sales) and live stream distribution will cause you to receive emails from two seperate companies.

The first email you receive (left image) will simply contain your receipt - you do not need to take any action on this email. The second email you receive (right image) will contain access to watch your live stream. This email may end up in your spam. If you do not see it immediately, please search your for and email from notifications@eventscape.io.
